Can I try before I buy?
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
A lot comes into play when deciding the appropriate minimum order quantity (MOQ), especially our equipment capacity. We are growing rapidly, and working to increase our production capabilities, that means we are not only updating our equipment, but also bringing in newer machines that have a faster bag production rate.
The MOQ for our custom-printed and blank products vary by style & size:
Gusset Bags: custom-printed minimum is 500 bags; the prepatterned gusset bag in the Design Lab is 25, and and the blank gusset bag is a minimum of 100
Stand up Pouches: custom-printed minimum is 1000 bags, while the blank stand up is 250 bags. The options in our Design Lab are only 100 bags.
Flat Pouches: custom-printed minimum is 1000 bags
Flat Bottom Pouches: minimum is 1000 bags, while the blank flat bottom is 100 bags
Tin Cans: minimum is 100 custom-printed cans, 50 for the blank cans, and a single can for prepatterned can in the Design Lab
Paper Tubes: minimum is 100 custom-printed paper tubes and the blank is 50 tubes
Stickers: minimum is 100 custom-printed brand stickers
Beverage Labels: minimum is 100 custom-printed beverage labels
Tin Can Ends - Peel & Stick: minimum is 100 blank ends
Biodegradable Zipper Bags: minimum is 100 blank bags
Paper Tin Tie Bags: minimum is 100 blank bags

How quickly can you ship bags?
We're the fastest custom-printed packaging maker in the industry. Generally, our turnaround time is a couple of weeks from the date of artwork approval and order placement. This can vary a bit depending on pouch style and quantity. Check out our current lead times which are updated weekly!
What type of printing does Roastar do?
We're a digital printer of custom printed bags, pouches, and rollstock for many industries. Digital means no plates are used, so no plate fees or setup charges and we can produce your order quickly with lower minimums than traditional print processes.
