Ordering one mailer is helpful to test your design and confirm how your product fits before committing to a larger run. Larger quantities reduce the cost per unit and are ideal once you are ready to scale.

Yes, you can order a sample of the 6" x 12" x 2.75" custom-printed white paper mailer in our Custom-Printed Bags and Pouches sample pack.

Alternatively, you can design and order as few as one custom-printed paper mailer using our online design tool.

Roastar's custom-printed mailing bags are printed on the front side only using four-color process (CMYK) printing.

The ink is printed directly onto natural brown kraft or white kraft paper material, which gives them their distinctive look. We recommend designing with the kraft background in mind, as it will influence how printed colors appear.

For example, white ink is not available for the paper mailer. Areas left white in your design will appear as the natural kraft material. The lighter the color is, the less visible it may appear on brown kraft. Please note that exact color matching may vary between orders.

Due to the natural material and converting process, minor cosmetic variations may occur, such as seam irregularities, slight print alignment shifts, or faint lines in areas with full ink coverage. These are normal characteristics of kraft packaging and do not affect the mailer’s functionality or seal integrity.

While we don’t offer a traditional printed proof for our custom-printed paper mailers, you can order as few as one mailer to test your design and confirm how your product fits. We highly recommend testing your design before committing to larger order quantities to ensure you are satisfied with the final look and fit.

Please note that white ink is not available for the custom-printed mailers. Areas left white in your design will appear as the natural kraft material. The lighter the color is, the less visible it may appear on brown kraft.

Apply the shipping label to the blank, unprinted back of your custom-printed paper mailer, as the front side is reserved for your printed design.

To seal the paper mailer, remove the protective strip from the adhesive closure, insert your bag, fold the flap over, and press firmly along the entire seal. Once sealed, your mailer is ready for shipping.
