Clear 6"w x 9"h FDA approved biodegradable flat zipper bag. Our biodegradable bags demonstrated approximately 15% breakdown in one year under ASTM D5511 testing, which simulates anaerobic landfill conditions (not composting environments.) Unlike traditional plastic bags that can take 500 to 1,000 years to break down and often leave behind harmful microplastics, our bags are engineered to degrade more quickly in landfill-like environments.

Does the biodegradable bag come with the tubes?

The biodegradable zipper bags are an add-on option and are not included with the purchase of paper tubes.

Do you have other sizes?

Not at this time - this specific size fits just right in the paper tube size we offer. Check out the blank paper tubes or customize our paper tubes with your design.

Can you digital print on the biodegradable bag?

No, we are not able to print on the bags.

Will a sample of this bag come with a paper tube sample?

A paper tube sample pack includes our brown and white kraft paper tubes, all 4 label material options, a biodegradable zipper bag to line the paper tube, and a round seal sticker to keep the whole system airtight.

Will a sticker adhere to the biodegradable zipper bag?

Yes, our white & silver stickers with gloss or matte finish will adhere to the biodegradable zipper bags. Our laser die cut stickers range in size from 2" x 2" up to 12" x 12".

How much coffee fits in a biodegradable zipper bag?

8 - 10 oz of coffee - Fill capacity of bags we provide are approximations only. The capacity (ex. 8 oz, 10 oz) is based on tests using whole coffee beans. A bag's capacity will vary depending on the product.
