About the Roastar Design Awards
The Roastar Design Awards are back—and this year, we’re recognizing even more great work across new and returning categories. Whether you’ve designed an eye-catching pouch, a bold sticker, or a coffee bag lineup that tells your whole brand story, we want to see it all!
By submitting your artwork, you confirm that you have the rights to the design and agree to the Roastar Design Awards Terms & Conditions, including permission for Roastar to feature your submitted artwork and company name in marketing and promotional materials.

Terms & Conditions
Judging Process
All entries will be reviewed and judged by Roastar staff. Submissions will be evaluated on visual creativity and originality, use of format and materials, brand clarity and cohesion, overall impact and craftsmanship. Roastar reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or inappropriate entries.
Awards & Recognition
Winners will be announced on January 5, 2026, and will receive:
A physical Roastar Award shipped to your address
A digital badge for use on your website or marketing
A feature on our blog and social media channels
How to Enter
To qualify, each submission must:
Be a Roastar-printed project
Have been first printed in 2025
Be submitted digitally (no physical samples)
Include accurate information and appropriate content
Entries close November 30, 2025 at midnight (CST). Only company-submitted entries are eligible; individual or third-party submissions won’t be accepted. Limit 3 designs per company.
File Formats: jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai, or .eps.
By entering, you confirm you have the rights to the submitted artwork and grant Roastar a perpetual, royalty-free license to feature your design and company name in marketing and promotional materials, including our website, social media, and blog.
