Max File Size of 300MB

If your artwork is larger than 300MB, you will receive an error when you try to upload the artwork to a project. Here are some steps to help you reduce your file size.

Illustrator

1. Delete all hidden layers. Don’t need them for the final? Then toss them. (you can always save the original file)

2. If you have imagery in your files that is scaled down in Illustrator.

Choose Object-Rasterize from the menu

Use the settings below. If you have a Photoshop or other type of file with a transparent background, select the transparent button.

2. Any smart objects? Rasterize them.

3. Crop out the extra imagery outside the document boundary.

Select-All in your document.

File size reduction depends on how much imagery is outside the boundary. It may be many Megabytes or few.
