What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for Custom-Printed Products
*Some MOQs include artwork file minimums, allowing you to divide your order into multiple designs.
Custom-Printed Bags & Pouches
Gusset Bags: 500 per order (100 per design)
Stand Up Pouches: 1,000 per order (100 per design)
Flat Pouches: 1,000 per order (100 per design)
Flat Bottom Bags: 1,000 per order (1,000 per design)
Ordering Increments: Once the MOQ is met, additional quantities must be ordered in increments of 100.
✅ Example: Ordering 500 Gusset Bags allows up to 5 designs (minimum 100 per design).
Tin Cans & Paper Tubes
Printed Tin Cans: 50 per order (10 per design)
Labeled Tin Cans: 100 per order (100 per design)

What type of printing does Roastar do?
We're a digital printer of custom-printed bags, pouches, paper tubes, tin can, roll stock, etc for many industries. Digital means no plates are used, so no plate fees or setup charges and we can produce your order quickly with lower minimums than traditional print processes.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! We highly recommend it!
We offer 2 options of Physical Proofs
Option 1: Flat Proofs
Flat proofs are printed on the material your bags will be made with, but not formed into a bag (1-5 artwork files are free, any additional are $10 each). You’ll also receive one proof with the die lines and the features (valve, zipper, etc.) indicated.
Option 2: Formed Proofs
Formed proofs are fully printed and formed bags ($400). You’ll receive 5 printed and completely formed bags to “test drive.”
