Job Purpose
As a Project Manager at Roastar, you will lead the planning and execution of software implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support. This role ensures solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, driving change management, user adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly; ensure solutions align with business needs.
Team Coordination & Change Management:
Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure accountability.
Lead change management initiatives, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify dependencies and risks; develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve issues promptly and oversee smooth transition to support teams after go-live.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation and change logs.
Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
General:

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise software (ERP/CRM) implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of SDLC, implementation methodologies, and project management best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to present plans clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration processes.
Experience in change management and driving user adoption.
Self-directed problem solver with strong business and financial acumen.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, build relationships, and negotiate deliverables in fast-paced environments.
Adaptable, professional, and confident in representing the company.

Hours of work are generally during regular business hours and average at least 45 hours a week.
There will be some variation in work hours due to employee shift schedules, special projects, deadlines, employee needs, and other concerns. Occasional out-of-town and overnight travel may be required for business and education.
