The Roastar Receptionist provides basic assistance to customers who call, live chat and email into Roastar & Planet Label. The Receptionist will listen to customers and route inquiries and questions to the appropriate person. The Receptionist is the customers 1st impression and will also greet and assist visitors with a world class customer service mentality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a professional representative of Roastar & Planet Label Roastar at all times
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
Answer general website questions and frequently asked questions
Greet and assist visitors
Respond to and/or forward emails sent to the general inquiry box quickly to ensure the customer receives a response within 24 business hours
Enter blank label and sample pack orders with accuracy
Import blank label website orders 9am, 11am, 2pm daily
Assemble sample packs
Process credit card payments
· Assist with placing office supply orders
Provide general sales support as requested
Assist with special projects as needed
Collaborate with departments throughout the organization
· Follow all Company safety policies and safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment
· Follow all Company policies, rules and regulations

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Experience working as a receptionist or customer service representative required
Experience in printing, graphic arts and pre-press preferred
Specific Skills, Licensure and Certifications
Excellent communication skills, including written and interpersonal
Good math skills
Solid organizational skills
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Company-specific systems
Ability to ask for help when needed
Willingness to learn and adapt to change quickly
Confidence and professionalism in representing the Company
Willingness to be a team player
· Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
· Overtime as needed based on workload
