COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 pandemic surged this week, causing Governor Tony Evers to enact the #SaferatHome order, closing all non-essential businesses across the state of Wisconsin. Despite closings, Roastar, classified as an essential business, will remain open and will continue to run warehouse operations as normal. Our teams are our main priority at this time, and we have taken the necessary measures to ensure our employees safety. Any non-essential teams are working remotely, and we are, as always, happy and eager to help with your needs.

If you are a current customer, please know that we are currently experiencing normal lead times and have no immediate roadblocks at this time. All orders will be fulfilled as normal, see current lead times here.

In addition, our Customer Service Department is working remotely and is available to take any questions you might have about your order. You can find each representative’s updated phone number in their email signature and can contact them directly.
