Shipping Policy
Custom printed coffee bag orders will ship out in 5 business days from the date of customer approval of the bag proof. All orders include Free UPS Ground shipping. Expedited ship methods via UPS are available and can be selected in the shopping cart in the purchasing process. Additional charges apply for expedited ship methods.
Custom printed coffee bag orders to Hawaii and Alaska will ship free of charge, however they will ship via USPS Priority.
Roastar is not responsible for a delayed delivery due to the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) not meeting their delivery date.
